Pascal is an accomplished solo performer. Alongside his experience playing, writing and recording with various artists, he also has, for over 25 years, mastered The Chapman Stick, a 12-string Touchboard instrument invented in the early 1970s by Californian Emmett Chapman.

The Stick has a range of 5 1/4 octaves and uses the two-handed tapping technique, where each hand plays independent bass, chords and melodies. Coming from the guitar and bass, its playing method also shares roots with keyboards and drums to create a new musical language.
